Do I have to be a member of the Loyalty Program to shop here?
No! This shop was built to reward all our loyal customers. If you have a coupon code from our Customer Service Team, a sales rep or a referral program, you can spend it here!
If I want to participate, how do I qualify?
• Purchase Qualified Products
• Orders Must Ship by Dec 31, 2025
• Invoices Must Be Paid by Jan 31, 2026
What is the timeframe?
• Deadline to Reach Targets: December 31, 2025
• Cash Payout Date: Early February 2026 (as a credit or check)
How do I enroll?

When will I get the cash incentive?
Cash Incentives will be paid out in early February 2026 via a credit to your account.
Don’t want a credit? We’ll happily cut a check for cash, netted out against any existing balance you have with us.
What is qualifying spend?
Over 92% of our products count toward this program.
Qualifying Products:
Products that start with the prefixes FE or FR qualify for the program. If you’re unsure, check for the program icon on the product image on our website.
Non-qualifying Products:
Our competitively priced OEM New SKUs, including UX300s, SPMs, UPMs, all OEM new parts, overlays, and software,
What orders will count toward the qualifying spend?
Any 2025 orders for qualifying products will count towards this program, as long as:
- The orders will ship by December 31, 2025.
- The orders have been invoiced and paid by January 31, 2026.
How much can I earn again?
You’ll receive a percentage of your full-year qualifying spend – all of 2025! – based on which level target you achieve!
The amount you earn is only limited by the amount of business you give us! Move up in the spend level and the cash incentive percentage increases. The total amount you can receive is not capped either.
*Freedom reserves the right to send corrected targets if there are mergers, acquisitions (or other market activity), or if there are errors in the email transmission.
How will I keep track of all this?
Don’t worry, we’ll do this for you! If you enroll in the program, we will send monthly reports showing your progress toward your goal!
